History Of Coffee Roasting

Good Morning!

I hope this message finds you doing well. While on my travels, I recently met a man who decided to tell me the history of coffee roasting. As we sat in this small cafe, having a coffee of course, he explained that he heard ,through a legendary tale,that in the ancient coffee forests of the Ethiopian plateau, a goat herder first discovered the potential of these beloved beans when the goats first got hold of them.  

Who knows if it's true, but one thing about coffee is that it brings cultures, people, and ideas together.
